Belair-Edison Belair-Edison is located in Northeast Baltimore, situated around the main thoroughfares of Belair Road and Erdman Avenue. The neighborhood borders Siedel Avenue to the north and Sinclair Lane to the east and south, and Richmond Avenue to the west. Herring Run Park spans the northern section of Belair-Edison, and Clifton Park, with its municipal city golf course, sits in the southwest corner of the community Well-built, reasonably priced homes, within minutes of downtown Baltimore, I-95, 895, 695, and hundreds of acres of parkland make Belair-Edison a desirable location for prospective homeowners interested in Baltimore City. Belair-Edison is a community of red brick rowhouses on quiet, tree-lined streets where azaleas add bursts of color in the spring. Most homes have covered front porches or sunrooms, and over 400 homes face beautiful Herring Run Park. Stained-glass windows and oak floors are standard features in many Belair-Edison homes. Along with the rowhouses, there are several blocks of duplex and single family homes in the neighborhood.
